Scrub the timeline, zoom to fit, press play to watch every effect run, and go fullscreen to present — there is no separate preview mode and no export step. The same tab that designs the deck delivers it live, which is why the animation your audience sees is the genuine article rather than a flattened video.

Because it is web based, it works the same on any modern machine, and a colleague on a different operating system opens the identical tool.

Your work lives in the cloud, not on a laptop

Every edit saves to your account, so a deck reopens exactly where you left it on any machine, and there are no local files to lose or email to yourself. Import images, video and audio once and reuse them across every slide, every deck and every session; importing the same file twice costs nothing.

Online tools, then a live room on top

Plenty of online presentation tools let you build slides in a browser. What DeckSlide adds is the room: press Present and the deck becomes a live session that an audience joins by code or QR, with chat, raised hands, subtitles and a synced view of your real animated deck. The design surface and the audience runtime are one product, not a file handed to a separate meeting app.

What a browser tool here cannot do

Being browser based, it needs a connection, and there is no offline copy to fall back on — there is no file export, no download and no way to open a deck without signing in. If you need an artefact that opens with no internet, or a document to hand to someone who will never join a live talk, this is not the tool for that job.
